Briggsdale School District

 Update on November 9, 2020

 Hi All,

A quick update of where we are as of Monday, November 9th.

We will keep the school closed through November 17, as scheduled.

We are going to really deep clean the building on Wednesday and Thursday so staff and people need to stay out of the building as much as possible.

We will be providing lunches for all current students and staff on Wednesday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. The food service staff will hand out a sack that has breakfast and lunch for three days, similar to how we provided lunches during the summer. We would like for families to contact Mr. Rodenburg for an accurate count of participants. His email is Lrodenburg@briggsdaleschool.org

We need to remind all families that we must self-screen all of our students every day. If your student is showing symptoms please keep them home until their symptoms are gone for 24 hrs. These next few months are going to be challenging with all of the normal illnesses, flu, colds, etc. The guidelines are unless you have a diagnosis from a medical provider  that explains symptoms, keep our students home.

Thank you for all that you have done and are doing. You have done a great job for our students, staff, and district.

Thanks again,

 Rick Mondt, Superintendent
