CRS § 1-7-908. Additional notice - election to create financial obligation

(1) (a) A district submitting a ballot issue concerning the creation of any debt or other financial obligation at an election in the district shall post notice of the following information on the district's website or, if the district does not maintain a website, at the district's chief administrative office no later than twenty days before the election:

• District Adopted Budget

• District Financial Audit

• Salary Schedules

• Financial Data File

• List of Waivers

• Standard Description and Rational for Each Automatic Waiver

• Federal form 990,990-EZ, or 990-PF and any associated schedules. 

• Plan for Distributing Additional Mill Levy Revenue or Statement of Intent to Distribute

• Link to Financial Transparency for Colorado Schools Website

• Link to Colorado Department of Education's School Finance Division

• General Obligation Bonds
