Briggsdale School District
Information on Positive COVID Test
The Briggsdale School District, PK -12th grade, will need to be closed through November 13, 2020. We have a positive COVID Case. We look forward to seeing all students on November 17th, 2020 to resume in-person learning.
We are following all state and county safety guidelines and the process does provide time for the safety of all students and staff. What families need to do is continue self-screening for COVID symptoms. The web-sites for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Weld County Department of Public Health and environment have the flow charts that we follow for Can I go to School, When can I Return to School/Work, Return to Learn, and Contact Tracing.
The steps that are being taken are precautionary and provide the opportunity for a reopening of in-person learning. Teachers will be contacting their students with details for continued learning next week.
