Guest Passes for Homecoming are available in Mrs. Fulton’s office.  If you plan to bring a guest who attends school in another district, the guest must be pre-approved by an administrator at the other school as well as Mrs. Fulton.  Completed Guest Passes are due no later than October 2 at noon.

Information from Weldon Valley regarding game attendance and their construction site.

Good Afternoon,

I wanted to send out some information in regard to events that are hosted at Weldon Valley School this Fall.  As you are aware, our campus is in the middle of our school construction project.  With that in mind, we have an active construction site on campus and we need to abide by the following information to ensure the safety of our students, fans, community members and the construction team.  Please email gedson@weldonvalley.org if you have any questions or concerns.

Home Football Gam

  • Parking access will be limited to the main parking lot in front of the school as well as the overflow dirt parking lot on the east side of the school off of Main St.  Please follow the signage to direct you on where to park posted on game days.  There is no access on the berm this year.  Do not attempt to drive on the berm, as it will be roped off for events.

  • Handicapped Parking will be available closer to the football field.  Access to this will be from Cottage St. to the West side of the preschool.  There will be limited handicapped parking places for these events marked with signage.  You must have a handicapped parking pass to access this area, this will only be used for those with passes.  Everyone else must access the field from the main parking lot or the overflow lot.

  • There is no field access from Warren Street, do not park along Warren, only use the main lot or the dirt lot across the street from the school

  • To access the field, please be aware of the signs identifying the pathway to the field.  You will walk along the north side of the current ag shop.  There will be a fenced walkway to follow towards the concession stand and restrooms.  From there, spectators will be able to access the sidelines for the games.

  • We will not have bleachers available for games this fall, so we ask that everyone please bring lawn chairs to watch the games

  • The outdoor restrooms will be available for use

  • We will not be able to live stream games this fall, as the press box and NFHS cameras will not be operational.

  • At the conclusion of the game, please exit the field on the same path that was used for entry.

  • Please see the attached site plan to help with any questions

Home Volleyball Games

  • Parking access will be limited to the main parking lot in front of the school as well as the overflow dirt parking lot on the east side of the school off of Main St.  Please follow the signage that will be posted on game days.

  • Handicapped parking is limited, feel free to use the bus lane in the main parking lot for pick up or drop off as needed.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we continue to improve our campus!
